　　凡符合下列條件的外國人，可以申請辦理夫妻團(tuán)聚人員的外國人永久居留證：

　　Foreignerswhomeetthefollowingconditionsmayapplyforforeignerpermanentresidencecardsforreunionsbetweenhusbandandwife:

　　（一）與中國公民（具有深圳常住戶籍的）或者在中國獲得永久居留資格的外國人結(jié)婚的；

　　TomarryaChinesecitizen(withpermanentresidenceregistrationinShenzhen)oraforeignerwhohasobtainedpermanentresidencestatusinChina;

　　（二）婚姻關(guān)系存續(xù)滿5年的；

　　Marriagehaslastedforatleastfiveyears;

　　（三）在中國連續(xù)居留滿5年，每年在中國居留不少于9個月；

　　TohaveresidedinChinaforacontinuousperiodofnotlessthanfiveyearsandfornolessthanninemonthseachyear;

　?。ㄋ模┯蟹€(wěn)定的生活保障和住所的；

　　Havingastablelivelihoodguaranteeandaresidence;

　　《外國人在中國永久居留申請表（夫妻團(tuán)聚人員）》及四張藍(lán)底兩寸彩色照片，附相片電子數(shù)據(jù)光盤。ApplicationformforpermanentresidenceofforeignersinChina(Employee)andfourtwoinchphotoswithbluebackgroundandthephotodigitaldataCD.有效護(hù)照及簽證證件原件，提交復(fù)印件（遞交自申請之日前五年內(nèi)的，無須復(fù)印入境章頁）。申請人須滿足近五年已在中國連續(xù)居留滿五年且每年連續(xù)在華停留時間不少于九個月。Originalcopiesofvalidpassportandvisacertificates(nocopiesofentrysealpagesarerequiredwithin5yearspriortothedateofapplication).ApplicantsmusthaveresidedinChinacontinuouslyforatleastfiveyearsinthepastfiveyearsandhavestayedinChinacontinuouslyforatleastninemonthseachyear.申請時應(yīng)滿足法定婚姻關(guān)系登記滿5年且仍存續(xù)，提交《結(jié)婚證》或經(jīng)公證的婚姻關(guān)系證明以及結(jié)婚證上的護(hù)照復(fù)印件，（境外文件須認(rèn)證和翻譯）Themarriagecertificateornotarizedmarriagecertificateandthecopyofpassportonthemarriagecertificateshallbesubmittedwhenthelegalmarriagerelationshiphasbeenregisteredfor5yearsandstillexists.(Overseasdocumentsshallbeauthenticatedandtranslated.)配偶的深圳居民身份證及常住戶籍證明（戶口簿的“婚姻狀況”一欄應(yīng)為“已婚”或注有配偶姓名）。TheshenzhenResidentIDENTITYcardandpermanentresidencecertificateofthespouse(the"maritalstatus"columninthehouseholdregistershouldbe"married"ormarkedwiththespouse'sname).經(jīng)公證的《深圳房產(chǎn)證明》或《房屋租賃合同》。Notarized"ShenzhenRealEstateCertificate"or"HouseLeaseContract"經(jīng)公證的本人或配偶的不低于二十萬元凍結(jié)一年以上的《深圳存款證明》，交原件。TheoriginalnotarizedoftheShenzhenDepositofapplicantorspouse,whichhasbeenfrozenforatleastoneyearandisnotlessthan200,000yuan.經(jīng)公證的配偶經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保聲明書。（若提供的房產(chǎn)證產(chǎn)權(quán)不屬于申請人的，配偶一方在擔(dān)保聲明書中須聲明無償提供住所和經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保。）Notarizeddeclarationofspouse'sfinancialguarantee.(Ifthepropertyownershipcertificatedoesnotbelongtotheapplicant,oneofthespousesshalldeclareintheguaranteestatementthattheresidenceandfinancialguaranteeareprovidedfreeofcharge.)所屬國有關(guān)部門出具的經(jīng)中國駐外使、領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證的國外無犯罪記錄證明（連續(xù)居留兩年以上的國家或地區(qū)均須提交，證明須經(jīng)中國駐外使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證，且證明及經(jīng)中國駐外使領(lǐng)館的認(rèn)證出具時間應(yīng)在受理之日前三個月內(nèi)；并由深圳翻譯公司將姓名翻譯為英文，其它內(nèi)容翻譯成中文，蓋騎縫章，交翻譯件及翻譯公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件）；AcertificateofnocriminalrecordissuedbytherelevantdepartmentofhomecountryandauthenticatedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroad(countriesorregionswithcontinuousresidenceofmorethantwoyearsshallbesubmitted,thecertificateshallbeauthenticatedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroad,andthecertificateandthecertificateissuedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroadshallbeissuedwithinthreemonthsbeforethedateofacceptance;ShenzhentranslationCompanyshalltranslatethenameintoEnglish,othercontentsintoChinese,stampthecross-pageseal,andsubmitthetranslationandacopyofthetranslationcompany'sbusinesslicense);中國政府指定的衛(wèi)生檢疫部門（深圳為皇崗口岸醫(yī)院）出具的或者經(jīng)中國駐外使、領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證的外國衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的健康證明書（自簽發(fā)日起六個月內(nèi)有效）；HealthcertificateissuedbythehealthandquarantinedepartmentdesignatedbytheChinesegovernment(HuanggangPortHospitalinShenzhen)orissuedbyaforeignhealthandmedicalinstitutionauthenticatedbytheChineseembassyorconsulateabroad(validwithin6monthsfromthedateofissue);《境外人員臨時住宿登記表》；RegistrationFormofTemporaryResidenceforOverseasVisitors;申請人個人簡歷（18周歲至今，要求年份和月份之間連續(xù)）。如申請人曾具有中國國籍的，簡歷中須詳細(xì)說明：出生信息、某年某月以何種身份出境、何時何地取得外國永久居留權(quán)、何時何地加入外國國籍，并提供①《退出中國國籍證書》或原國內(nèi)戶籍注銷證明（原戶籍所在地派出所出具）②出境前往國外（以現(xiàn)持用外國護(hù)照標(biāo)注的國籍為準(zhǔn)）留學(xué)或定居時所持用的中國護(hù)照；③入外國國籍證書（需翻譯）。申請人同時持有香港或澳門身份證的，需提供香港或澳門入境事務(wù)管理部門出具的《不具有中國國籍說明書》。如另有聯(lián)系人，需要提交聯(lián)系人身份證明復(fù)印件。Resumeofapplicant(18yearsoldtodate,yearandmontharerequired).IftheapplicantwhohaveChinesenationality,yourresumemustspecify:birthinformation,inwhatidentityonceuponexitwhenandwhere,whenandwheretoobtainforeignpermanentresidence,tojointheforeignnationality,andtoprovide(1)therenunciationofChinesenationalitycertificateortheoriginaldomestichouseholdregistrationcancellationcertificate(theoriginalcensusregisterseatstation)(2)toleavethecountrytoforeign(nowwithaforeignpassportannotationnationalityshallprevail)studyorsettledwhenheldbytheChinesepassport;Certificateofnaturalizationasaforeignnational(translationrequired).IftheapplicantholdsaHongKongorMacaoidentitycardatthesametime,he/sheshallprovidea"StatementofnotHavingChineseNationality"issuedbytheimmigrationauthoritiesofHongKongorMacao.Ifyouhaveanothercontactperson,youneedtosubmitacopyofthecontactperson'sidentification.公安機(jī)關(guān)認(rèn)為必須提供的其他證明材料。Othersupportingmaterialsthatthepublicsecuritybureaudeemsnecessary.
